The Whitfield Club car park is monitored by ANPR (Automatic Number Plate Recognition) cameras.

All customers using The Whitfield Club must enter their full and correct vehicle registration number into the tablets provided at both bars.
Entering your registration entitles you to 24 hours of free parking, valid only while attending the club.

Failure to correctly enter your vehicle registration may result in a Parking Charge Notice (PCN) being issued.

Parking in the car park while the club is closed or not operational is subject to a charge of £1 per hour, payable in accordance with the on-site parking terms.

The club accepts no responsibility for parking charges incurred due to:

• Failure to enter a vehicle registration
   
• Incorrect entry of a vehicle registration
   
• Remaining parked outside of operational hours

The club has no authority or facility to cancel, amend, or intervene in any parking enforcement action.

If you believe a Parking Charge Notice has been issued incorrectly, any appeal or query must be made directly to the car park monitoring agency, using the details provided on the notice.
