We will be taking renewals and new memberships before and during events in the function hall. 

New members: you can collect your membership forms from the bar anytime from 1st January 2026. You will require two current members of the club to propose you, but if you are new to the area or don't know any existing members, please speak to member of the committee on the day.

Membership costs £15 per person per year, with a one-off joining fee of £10 per person or household, which is discounted to £5 at this event. Membership runs from January to December and must be renewed by the end of February to avoid any additional re-joining fees. 

Existing members: please bring along your 2025 membership cards for exchange. Your membership fee remains at £15 for another year.

Boring bit: All personal data is securely stored on Google Cloud systems and protected by industry-standard security measures in line with GDPR requirements. Only limited data is collected and it is used solely for the specific purpose for which it was obtained. Access to this data is strictly restricted to authorised users only, and appropriate controls are in place to prevent unauthorised access, disclosure, or misuse. Data is retained only for as long as necessary.
